Mandala Beach Bar is a beach restaurant right on the bay of Cala de la Fustera in Benissa, between Moraira and Calpe. You eat with a view of the sea: from a coffee or a vermouth after a swim to a full lunch of rice and fish. At the Cala de la Fustera

Cala de la Fustera is a small sandy cove on the Benissa coast. Mandala sits on the seaward side of the cove and has a roomy terrace looking out over the water. A footpath runs along this stretch of coast between Calpe and the Benissa coves, so you can easily pair the visit with a coastal walk. The kitchen and the drinks

The menu is Mediterranean, with the emphasis on rice and seafood. You will find paella, fideuà, black rice and arroz a banda, and alongside those fish, prawns, squid and monkfish. For something lighter there are tapas, carpaccio and tartare. The restaurant says it works with local suppliers and produce bought the same day.
