Final cleaning
The final cleaning is settled within the booking. It is of course a one-off amount.
The final cleaning costs:

- Penthouse € 95
The amount we ask you for the final cleaning is passed on to the cleaner one for one; we earn nothing on the cleaning costs. Our cleaner comes to clean the apartment between 10:00 and 16:00. The final cleaning is per booking, so if you have booked several weeks you of course only pay for the cleaning once. If you are staying longer, you can choose to have the cleaner clean the apartment in the meantime. If you would like that, you can let our representative in Spain know and arrange it with them.
You must leave the apartment swept clean, with no rubbish and no washing-up. If the apartment is not left properly, an amount will be withheld from the deposit.
The final cleaning is compulsory and also serves as a check, so that the next guests, like you, arrive in a clean home where everything works.

Calamora is in the heart of Moraira – within walking distance of the supermarket, cash machines, pharmacies and the harbour. Your apartment is fully furnished, with air conditioning, free wifi, a terrace, garden and pool. Practical and comfortable.
