Deposit

The deposit is € 150,- per booking and must be paid in cash directly to our representative upon arrival. It is an amount for the entire booking, so if you book several weeks the deposit remains € 150, – however, when booking more than 4 weeks there may be a higher deposit required.

The deposit pays for any damage or loss of property and failure to leave the apartment properly. The apartment must be left broom clean, without garbage or dishes. You can leave laundry in a pile in the room.

If the damage or loss cannot be covered by the deposit, the remaining amount will be recovered from you.

Electricity

Electricity is fully included in the rental price. Nothing is deducted from the deposit for electricity at check-out and you do not need to keep track of meter readings. So feel free to enjoy the air conditioning during your stay.
