Welcome to our luxury penthouse in the Calamora complex, in the heart of charming Moraira on the Costa Blanca. This modern penthouse offers everything you need for a relaxed holiday close to the beach and to the centre of the village.

The penthouse is on the top floor of the Calamora complex, just 200 metres from the sandy beach, the marina, restaurants, shops and terraces. Being in the centre means you can reach everything on foot, but because the apartment faces the inner side of the complex you have peace and privacy, with no traffic or nightlife noise.

Balcony
A glass of wine and some tapas on the balcony while the children dive into the pool one more time. On the balcony you will find two seats and a table. From the balcony you look out over the communal garden with its play equipment and the pool with its children’s section.

Book directly with the owner
When you book your stay at Calamora Moraira you pay a deposit of 20% of the total. After your booking confirmation you have 48 hours to make that deposit; if you do not, the reservation is cancelled automatically. We receive the balance no later than six weeks before arrival. If you cancel up to six weeks before arrival, you receive the amount paid as a credit for another date, valid for twelve months.

How do I see the price for my own dates?
Choose your arrival and departure date in the booking module on this page. The price and availability appear immediately.
What is included in the rent?
Water and electricity are fully included; see water and electricity. The linen package and the final cleaning are added to your booking. The deposit of € 150 is paid in cash on arrival.
Which extras can I add?
A high chair and a cot per night, and early check-in or late check-out per booking. You tick those when making your reservation; the rates are in the tables on this page.
Is there a discount for a longer stay in winter?
From 1 November to 31 March there is a wintering discount: book four weeks and you pay for three. You do not have to apply for it — the discount is applied automatically when you book. See also wintering in Moraira.
How and when do I pay?
On booking you pay 20% of the total amount, within 48 hours. The balance is due no later than six weeks before arrival. If you book within six weeks of arrival, you pay the full amount immediately. You can pay by iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay or bank transfer; see booking and payment conditions.
