Arrival and departure
In the confirmation email you will find the name and telephone number of our representative on the spot and brief directions. You will find fuller ones here. Do let our representative on the spot know your expected arrival time in good time, so that she can plan around it — on the day of departure, for instance. Then get in touch with them again once you are in the car or on the bus heading for Moraira. If you are travelling with a hire car, the desk can be busy and you may be delayed. The address of the apartment complex is also in the confirmation email. That is where you will meet our representative too. They walk over to the apartment with you and show you how everything works, where to find the pool and where to put the rubbish.
Checking in and out
On the day of arrival you can get into the apartment from 16:00, and on departure you leave it by 10:00 at the latest. If you would like to get in earlier or leave later, you add that to your reservation:

If you have not booked early check-in and you are in Moraira early all the same, you can drop your luggage in the apartment and enjoy the sun on a terrace until your apartment is ready. If instead you would like to leave the evening before, discuss it with the representative: there is always a way to hand the keys back to her and collect the remainder of the deposit.
Our cleaner really does need the full time to clean the apartment for the next guests, so we ask you to respect the times as far as you can.
Arriving late, or our representative unavailable for once? No problem: next to the front door of the apartment there is a key box with a code, and the entrance door of the building downstairs has its own access code. You receive these codes from our representative in good time, so that you can simply get in even without being met in person — at no extra cost.
After booking you receive, in the confirmation email, the name and mobile number of our English, Spanish and Dutch speaking representative on the spot, so that you can arrange things with them.

What time can I check in?

What if I am delayed on the way?
Get in touch with our representative again once you are on your way. If you do arrive later than expected, or the representative is unavailable, you simply use the key box next to the front door and the building access code, which you receive beforehand — at no extra cost.
Where do I find the key if there is nobody to meet me?
In the key box next to the front door. You receive the code for that box and the building access code beforehand, so that you can always get in. There is no charge for this.
How late can I stay on the day of departure?
Check-out is until 10:00. If you would like to stay longer, you tick late check-out until 12:00 or extra late check-out until 14:00 when making your reservation. The rates are listed under prices and availability.
