Deposit
The deposit is € 150 per booking and must be paid in cash on arrival to our representative. It is an amount for the whole booking, so if you book several weeks the deposit stays € 150; for a booking of more than 4 weeks, however, a higher deposit may be required.
The deposit covers any damage or missing items and the apartment not being left properly. The apartment must be left swept clean, with no rubbish and no washing-up. You may leave the laundry in a pile in the room.
If the damage or loss cannot be covered by the deposit, the remaining amount will be recovered from you.
Electricity
Electricity is fully included in the rental price. Nothing is deducted from the deposit for electricity when you check out, and you do not have to record meter readings. So feel free to enjoy the air conditioning during your stay.
