Robert and Joyce rent out the homes themselves
We are a Dutch family from the Rotterdam area. When a child came along, holidays changed completely: suddenly everything had to be right. That is how we set up our two homes. Here you book directly with us.

Payment and cancellation
When you book you pay 20% of the total, within 48 hours. We receive the balance no later than six weeks before arrival. If you cancel up to six weeks before arrival, you receive the amount paid as a credit for another date, valid for twelve months. After that the full rent remains due. We advise you to take out suitable travel and cancellation insurance.
