Deposit

The deposit is € 150,- per booking and must be paid in cash directly to our representative upon arrival. It is an amount for the entire booking, so if you book several weeks the deposit remains € 150, – however, when booking more than 4 weeks there may be a higher deposit required.

The deposit pays for any damage or loss of property and failure to leave the apartment properly. The apartment must be left broom clean, without garbage or dishes. You can leave laundry in a pile in the room.

If the damage or loss cannot be covered by the deposit, the remaining amount will be recovered from you.

Electricity

The cost of electricity consumed during your stay will have to be paid afterwards at the check out (cash) to our representative. This can be deducted from the deposit already paid.

The energy meter can be found in the meter box next to the front door. It is a cumulative counter, which means that the counter is not at zero every time you come in, but continues to count. Advice: take a picture of the reading when you enter and when you leave. If you subtract the readings from each other you get the number of kWh used. If you multiply this number by the price of a kWh (€ 0.30), you get the amount you have to pay.

A normal consumption without air conditioning/heating is about 10 kWh per day. The cost of 1 kWh is €0.30.
