Arrival and departure

In the confirmation email, you will find the name and phone number of our local representative and a brief route description. You can find a more detailed one here. Please let our local representative know your expected arrival time in advance so they can take it into account; for example, let them know your expected arrival time on your day of departure. Contact them again when you are in the car or bus on your way to Moraira. If you are traveling with a rental car, it can be busy at the desk, which may cause some delay. You can also find the address of the apartment complex in the confirmation email. This is also the address where you will meet our representative. They will walk with you to the apartment and show you how everything works, where you can find the swimming pool, and where you can dispose of trash. Don’t forget to record the energy meter reading with them upon arrival. The energy meter is located in the meter cupboard next to the front door.

Check-in and check-out

In principle, you can enter the apartment after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, but if you arrive earlier, you can discuss this with the representative. Perhaps the apartment is already ready and you can enter. If this is not the case, you can already leave your luggage in the apartment and enjoy the sun on a terrace until your apartment is ready.

Upon departure, you must leave the apartment by 10:00 AM at the latest. If you wish to leave the evening before, please discuss this with the representative. There is always a way to return the keys to her and receive the remainder of the deposit.

Our cleaner really needs the full time to clean the apartment for the next guests, so we ask you to respect the times as much as possible.

After booking, you will receive the name and mobile number of our English, Spanish, and Dutch-speaking local representative in the confirmation email to make arrangements.
