Final cleaning

The final cleaning will be settled in the booking. Final cleaning is, of course, a one-time fee.

Final cleaning is for the:

• Apartment €85.
• Penthouse €95.

The amount we charge you for the final cleaning is paid one to one to the maid, we do not earn anything on the cleaning fee. Our cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 10:00 and 16:00. The final cleaning is per booking, if you have booked several weeks, then of course you only have to pay the cleaning once. If you stay longer, you can choose to have the maid clean the apartment in between. If you wish, you can inform our representative in Spain and make arrangements with them.

You must leave the apartment broom clean and without garbage and dishes. If the apartment is not left properly an amount will be deducted from the deposit.

The final cleaning is mandatory and is also a check so that the next guests, like you, arrive in a clean house in which everything works.
