Payment and additional costs

Deposit

For your reservation, we require a deposit of at least 50%. You can pay via iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, or bank transfer. To finalize your booking, the payment must be in our account within 3 days (72 hours) after booking. If the payment is not received on time, your booking will automatically expire.

In the event of a cancellation, no refund of the paid amount will be provided. We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover this risk, should you be unable to use our accommodation for any reason.

Please note: for special offers, a partial deposit is not possible; in that case, the full amount must be paid immediately.

Balance payment

The remaining balance must be paid at least three weeks before departure. If you book within three weeks of departure, we expect payment of the full amount at once.

Confirmation

After your booking, you will receive a confirmation with an invoice in PDF format. You will also find our account number for payment on this invoice. If you have not received a confirmation email after booking (please also check your junk mail or spam folder), please contact us. In that case, a typo was likely made in the email address.

Additional costs

Mandatory

  • Final cleaning apartment: €85 per booking
  • Final cleaning penthouse: €95 per booking
  • Security deposit: €150 per booking
  • Electricity: €0.30 per kWh (will be deducted from the security deposit afterwards)
  • Linen package: €35 per booking

Optional

  • Late check-in (after 8:00 PM): €30
  • Late check-in (after 12:00 AM): €50
