After making a reservation you receive a confirmation and an invoice by email.<\/p>\n
To make the reservation definitive, a down payment of 20% of the total amount<\/strong> must be paid within 48 hours of booking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Payment can be made by:<\/p>\n If the down payment is not received within that period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without further notice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n For reservations made within six weeks before arrival<\/strong>, the full amount must be paid immediately<\/strong>.<\/p>\n For special offers or promotional rates, payment of the full amount up front<\/strong> may be required.<\/p>\n The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid no later than six weeks before arrival<\/strong>.<\/p>\n If the balance is not received in time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In that case the cancellation conditions remain in force.<\/p>\n If you cancel up to six weeks before arrival<\/strong>, you receive the amount paid as a credit for another date<\/strong>, valid for up to twelve months. If you cancel after that, the full rent remains payable and no refund is made.<\/p>\n We therefore strongly advise taking out cancellation insurance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n If the tenant ends the stay early or does not use the accommodation, there is no right to a refund of (part of) the rent<\/strong>.<\/p>\n A deposit of €150<\/strong> applies to every reservation.<\/p>\n The deposit must be paid in cash on arrival<\/strong> to our representative on the spot.<\/p>\n The deposit serves as security for:<\/p>\n The deposit may be increased for stays of longer than 4 weeks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n If the deposit is not enough to cover damage or costs, the landlord reserves the right to recover the remaining amount from the tenant.<\/p>\n On departure the accommodation must be:<\/p>\n Used linen may be left in a pile in the bedroom.<\/p>\n If the accommodation is not left according to the guidelines above, extra cleaning costs<\/strong> may be charged.<\/p>\n Electricity is fully included in the rent. There is no separate settlement for it, whatever the consumption.<\/p>\n You can tick the following extras when making your reservation. They are added to the rent.<\/p>\n Check-in is possible from 16:00 as standard, and check-out is until 10:00.<\/p>\n No extra costs are charged for a late arrival, or when our representative on the spot is unavailable. Next to the front door of the apartment there is a key box with a code, and the entrance door of the building downstairs has its own access code.
