Tula in J\u00e1vea has one Michelin star and sits by El Arenal beach, a good twenty minutes from Moraira. It is a small restaurant with a carte alongside a tasting menu, and with 4.8 on Google one of the best-rated starred restaurants nearby.<\/p>\n

A carte as well as a menu, in a room of thirty seats<\/h2>\n

At Tula you can eat \u00e0 la carte, and at a starred restaurant that is not a given: alongside the Tula tasting menu at 90 euros a head there is a carte, with dishes that according to TheFork in February 2026 ran from about ten to thirty-eight euros. Bear in mind that prices change. More important still is the size of the place: twenty-five to thirty covers, so a table goes quickly. The chefs are Borja Susilla and Clara Puig.<\/p>\n

Tula is at Avenida de la Llibertat 36, by El Arenal beach in J\u00e1vea. From Calamora it is about fifteen kilometres by way of Benitachell, a drive of a good twenty minutes.<\/p>\n

Michelin gives Wednesday to Saturday from 13:30 to 15:00 and no dinner; Google does give an evening service from 20:30 to 22:00. Closed on Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Those two sources contradict one another and the restaurant publishes no hours of its own that can be checked, so ring to ask whether dinner is served that evening.<\/p>\n
