The kitchen is creative and works with set menus only.<\/p>\n<h2>Two menus, and how booking works<\/h2>\n<p>There is no carte. You choose between FRAGMENTOS at 155 euros with nine courses and CALEIDOSCOPIO at 185 euros with twelve. What the wine pairing costs, the restaurant does not publish. Booking goes through the system on their own site: up to seven people with a credit card as guarantee, with free cancellation up to twelve hours beforehand. From eight people a deposit is asked which has to be paid within forty-eight hours, and if you do not turn up, 50 euros a head is charged. There is no general e-mail address, only a form on the site.<\/p>\n<h2>Location<\/h2>\n<p>BonAmb stands on the Carretera Benitachell 100, on the side of J\u00e1vea that faces Benitachell \u2014 so the side you reach first from Moraira. From Calamora it is about ten kilometres, a quarter of an hour\u2019s drive.<\/p>\n<h2>The menu and what they pour<\/h2>\n<p>The kitchen is creative and works in two set menus of nine and twelve courses.
